In 2023 we worked with Morphum Environmental Ltd.in Aotearoa (New Zealand) again to produce their third sustainability report showcasing the breadth of organisational development and change since the Mission Renewal project in 2020.
It was a privilege to work again with Morphum who’s mission is to engineer a sustainable future. Morphum have delivered thousands of environmental engineering, science, sustainability and geospatial projects across Aotearoa and Australia, to create thriving ecosystems and communities.
CM Space produced this sustainability report based on many interweaving conversations with team members; data analysis; and understanding the mission renewal and organisations direction. The report was crafted over a 4 month period and was an organisational wide collaborative effort between the business performance team, leadership team, regional offices, and consultants in various locations.
The sustainability report shares:
- The story of Morphum´s growth
- Their continued commitment to being Carbon Neutral through Toitū Envirocare's rigorous reporting process
- Morphum's Diversity Equity and Inclusion journey
- How they work to respect and include Mātauranga Māori and indigenous knowledge
- Spotlights a few key projects that have had incredibly positive impacts both for the environment and local communities
Sustainability reporting is not all about emissions. It is a comprehensive way to track your organisation’s growth and development using more than just financial metrics or abstract environmental statistics.
