Stakeholder Engagement
CM Space has worked on multi-stakeholder engagement projects in New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, the UK and Italy in the environmental and sustainability sector and the creative and cultural industries. We are experienced in workshop design and facilitation, paying particular attention to data gathering and recording, to ensure the ideas and changes named in the session can be implemented a later stage.
The success of a project’s implementation whether it is the design of a refurbished urban center; rural regeneration plan; or a sustainability toolkit for the music industry – all hinges on the depth and integrity of the stakeholder engagement and the participatory nature of the co-design process.
We approach stakeholder engagement through co-creation and creative practice, using restorative conversation and non-violent communication skills to positively navigate conflict when it arises. Our workshops will often involve: somatic exercises and movement, regenerative design frameworks, participatory mapping, and improvisation and play.
