WHAT WE DO

At the heart of Changemaking Space is our ability to bring the right people together to make strong decisions for future generations.

CM Space has led multi-stakeholder engagement projects in Aotearoa, Ireland, Germany, the UK and Italy across sectors such as housing, environment, sustainability, and the creative and cultural industries. The success of a project’s implementation whether it is the design of a new urban centre; rural regeneration plan; or a sustainability toolkit for the music industry depends on the depth and integrity of the stakeholder engagement and the participatory nature of the co-design process.

We approach stakeholder engagement using co-design principles, knowing that difference and conflict are healthy grounds for meaningful collaboration. Our facilitators are skilled in holding restorative conversations and non-violent communication to positively navigate conflict when it arises. CM Space workshops are fun and playful environments to learn, share and create in, often lending from improvisation, movement and dance, to ensure complex theory is understood through embodiment.
